Fifth Annual Men's Retreat

"Where are the Lion Chasers?"

Calling all MEN!

Benaiah was a great hero from Kabzeel.  He was the son of Jehoiada.  Benaiah did many brave things.  He struck down two of Moab's best warriors.  He also went down into a pit on a snowy day.  He killed a lion there.

2 Samuel 23:20

To all Men,

We are pleased to invite you to our 5th Annual Men's Retreat.  This retreat  will be held on October 25th  - 27th, 2019 at Blue Mountain Christian Retreat Center at 1 Christian Lane, New Ringgold, Pennsylvania 17960.   The retreat will be a great opportunity for fellowship, worship and studying God's Word with other men.   We hope you will prayerfully consider joining us  for this exciting event.

The theme for this year's retreat  is "Where are the Lion Chasers".   Different speakers will  be teaching about,  among other topics,  pursuing God-sized goals with God-given passion. We will learn to quit holding out, quit holding back, quit running away and chase the lion.  Our keynote speaker will be Elder Howard Thompson of Brooklyn Community Church of God (Seventh Day).  This retreat will bring opportunities for collective growth and personal introspection as we explore  how to live like today is the first day  and last day of our lives and bring hope to other men that God puts in our lives.

The cost of the retreat  will be $150 for men and $120 for young men 14 and under. This fee includes lodging from Friday evening to Sunday afternoon and meals consisting of Sabbath breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as Sunday breakfast and lunch.   There will also be time for relaxation, recreation and possibly hiking.

The H.I.M (He In Me) Possible  Men's Ministry is looking for a great turnout so don't delay in making your plans to attend.  You can pay for the retreat by clicking on the  payment button below.  Your payment will be considered your registration.  If you have more questions or need more details do not hesitate to give Elder Lewis Guy or Deacon Wesley Small a call at 718-857-9479.
