"Fit For Jesus"

What does it really mean to follow Jesus?

In a world that celebrates comfort, convenience, and compromise, Jesus gives a very different call — a call to commitment, sacrifice, and undivided loyalty. 

At this year’s church camp, “Fit for Jesus,” we will confront the powerful and challenging words of Christ found in Gospel of Luke 9:57–62 and Gospel of Matthew 10:34–37.

Jesus makes it clear: not everyone is ready for the life He calls us to.

He speaks to those who wanted to follow Him but hesitated:

• One was not ready to give up comfort

• Another delayed obedience

• Another looked back instead of moving forward

And then Jesus declares something even more sobering — that following Him must come before every other relationship, every other priority, and every other attachment.

Come if you’re ready to grow. Come if you’re ready to be challenged. Come if you’re ready to lay everything down and follow Jesus fully.

Because the question is not whether Jesus is worth following — the question is:

Are you fit for Jesus?
